Little Dots Baby Massage and Musical Yoga
At Little Dots we are focused on providing an enriched, high quality and safe space for children up to the age of 2 years old.
I attended baby massage with my son from when he was about 9 weeks old and would recommend it to everyone! It relaxed him, helped with his colic and gave us some quality time together. The classes were relaxed and welcoming. Kat made it easy to follow and put me at ease, I felt I could ask questions and take a break at any time to breastfeed or if my son got upset without anyone minding. We now use baby massage as part of our bedtime routine and we love it!
Yula and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at both baby massage and yoga. It was a great opportunity to meet other new mums. The lessons were very well led and informative and gave me tools I still use now.
Musical YogaI attended baby yoga with my son and it was so good! Its a great way to ease back into exercise after giving birth! The moves are easy to follow and my son loved the songs! Kat is great and makes the whole experience fun! I would recommend baby yoga to anyone who wants to spend time with their baby while exercising and having fun!
Me and my daughter attended baby yoga and we both really enjoyed it. It’s such a lovely class, really informative and fun! The staff are very easy to get along with and make you feel comfortable. I have learnt songs that I still sing to my daughter now. I left each class feeling calm and relaxed and because we both loved it so much we are currently doing the course again!
Musical Yoga provides helpful info and offers a friendly environment for mum & baby. The classes were excellent. Kat was very friendly and professional.
